Australian Institution and Courses
There are over forty universities in Australia. They offer undergraduate degrees and postgraduate programs. Bachelor degrees can last three or four years. Postgraduate study includes certificates, diplomas, master’s degrees and doctoral degrees.
The Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) assures the quality of all awards offered by Australian universities. For more information visit Australian Qualifications Framework
Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs are provided by the Technical and Further Education (TAFE) Institutes.
There are also a number of private colleges. They often specialise in a particular field such as business, design or hospitality management.
Australia is also home to a large choice of English language schools.
