UCI Division of Continuing Education (“DCE”) offers life-enriching academic, professional and cultural experiences to both domestic and international audiences to help them succeed in today’s competitive global environment.

We provide English-language instruction, short-term programs for high school and college students, academic exchanges for university credit, educational certificates with the option for internship experiences and Optional Practical Training (OPT) in the United States, and comprehensive preparedness for successful undergraduate and graduate studies.

DCE also offers a variety of support services, such as cultural activities to foster international students’ adjustment to and competence in participating in American life.
