We provide English-language instruction, short-term programs for high school and college students, academic exchanges for university credit, educational certificates with the option for internship experiences and Optional Practical Training (OPT) in the United States, and comprehensive preparedness for successful undergraduate and graduate studies.
DCE also offers a variety of support services, such as cultural activities to foster international students’ adjustment to and competence in participating in American life.
On top of all that, DCE is located in one of the most beautiful and vibrant regions in Southern California – Orange County, and Irvine has been ranked the safest city of its size in the United States since 2005.
At DCE, we believe that international education is more than just your time in the classroom. Making friends, networking, regional travel, and experiencing American culture are all a part of what it means to be a student with us. We look forward to welcoming you!
