Cardiff Metropolitan University is a top modern university located in the vibrant European capital city of Cardiff.
Located just 2 hours West of London, Cardiff is a safe, welcoming and multicultural city. Cardiff has 17 mosques, over 30 churches and a range of excellent food stores including Halal shops and international markets.
Cardiff Met has approximately 13,000 students from over 130 different countries. Every undergraduate programme includes a work placement and the university’s Centre for Student Entrepreneurship helps students to connect with a network of over 5000 employers.

The university offers Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes across its five academic schools:
Cardiff School of Art & Design (CSAD) is one of the top arts facilities in the UK, housed in a new £14 million building on the university’s Llandaff Campus. The school features professional workshops and studios plus a state-of-the-art FabLab where students can use technologies including 3D printers and laser cutters to create innovative projects. The staff are practising artists and deliver programmes including: Animation, Architectural Design & Technology, Ceramics, Fashion Design, Graphic Communication, Illustration, Interior Design, Product Design and Textiles.
Cardiff School of Education (CSE) is one of the largest Education Schools in the UK. The CSE offers programmes in Humanities, Education and Teacher Training with specialist courses including Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
Cardiff School of Health Sciences (CSHS) offers specialist courses including Biomedical Science, Environmental Health, Food Science & Technology, Nutrition, Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, Podiatry and Psychology. The school is well-known for its professionally-accredited programmes, working closely with organisations including the British Psychological Society (BPS), Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS), Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Association for Nutrition (AfN).
Cardiff School of Management (CSM) is known internationally for providing career-focussed courses in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Computing & ICT, Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management. The school is highly regarded for its Postgraduate provision including MSc International Business Management, MSc Financial Management, MSc Production Engineering Management and its MBA which offers a range of specialist pathways including Islamic Finance, Project Management and Marketing.
Cardiff School of Sport (CSS) is one of the top Sport Schools in the UK. CSS has outstanding facilities including the National Indoor Athletics Centre (NIAC), swimming pool, FIFA standard football pitches, fully-equipped gym, tennis centre, basketball courts and cricket pitches. Programmes include Sport & Exercise Sciences, Sports Management and Sports Performance Analysis.
